Building Bridges of Hope

Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, “What are you doing for others?

True Service Foundation is a private charitable organization dedicated to helping build safer, stronger futures for disadvantaged children and families across the United States. Established in August 2013, the Foundation was born out of lived experience and a deep commitment to restoration, healing, and justice.

The name True Service was chosen by the founder and his children to honor the unseen and often uncelebrated work required to support victims of crime and families impacted by trauma. Having personally experienced the effects of substance use, mental health challenges, incarceration, and family violence, the founders and their families felt called to pursue restorative justice solutions rooted in dignity, accountability, and compassion. These experiences continue to shape the mission and values of the Foundation, guiding a service model that meets people where they are and responds to the realities of their lives.
True Service Foundation seeks to advance human service reform and community-based support that more effectively addresses the complex needs of today’s vulnerable children and families. We recognize that efforts to strengthen families and promote economic stability are often undermined by systemic barriers related to crime, criminal records, and parental incarceration. Without addressing these challenges, long-term success and reunification remain out of reach for too many families.

Through collaborative partnerships and community-centered programming, the Foundation facilitates pathways that reduce barriers to successful reintegration and support family reunification. By doing so, we contribute to safer neighborhoods, healthier families, and more resilient communities.

Central to our work is the belief that faith communities play a unique and powerful role in healing and transformation. True Service Stations of Hope are houses of worship that serve as places of refuge, restoration, and renewal. These spaces provide practical resources, life-skills training, mentorship, and spiritual support—offering a renewed vision for returning citizens, their families, and the communities to which they belong.
At its core, True Service Foundation exists to restore hope, strengthen families, and walk alongside those seeking a second chance—because true service is not only what we do, but how we do it.

Our Mission

It is our mission to foster collaboration networks that Reach Out to Others. Who? Any individual or family who experiences situations affected by crime, incarceration, reintegration, and family reunification. Our Vision is to redefine the view on family reunification and rehabilitation services for the empowerment and restoration of people with broken relationships, first to God, family, & community.

True Service was founded with a clear mission: to serve, restore, and reconcile lives through faith in action. We exist to meet people where they are, addressing real needs with compassion, integrity, and purpose while pointing toward lasting transformation.

At the core of True Service is the belief that service is not transactional—it is relational. We are committed to doing the work that often goes unseen, walking alongside individuals, families, and communities as they navigate challenges related to justice involvement, life transitions, and systemic barriers. Our approach is rooted in dignity, accountability, and love without condition.

China Interventional Cardiology

China's interventional cardiology market is heating up, especially with pVAD devices. What's new? A (Interventional Cardiologist - China): The biggest news is the approval of the first domestic percutaneous ventricular assist device (pVAD) in late 2025. For high-risk PCI in patients with severe coronary artery disease and low ejection fraction, pVAD provides superior hemodynamic support compared to IABP. It's a game-changer .

B (Medical Device Executive - China): 2026 is being called the "collective approval year" for pVAD. Over six domestic companies are in late-stage trials. This will break the monopoly of Abiomed's Impella, which was previously available only via special clinical need channels. Competition will drive down prices from the current ~$30,000 per device.

C (Hospital Procurement): The cost is still prohibitive for many provincial hospitals. Reimbursement codes are not fully established. We expect the national reimbursement list (NHSA) to include pVAD for high-risk PCI within 2-3 years, but until…

Healing Communities Begin Here

Healing a community is not a single act—it is a practice of love.

It begins when someone chooses to listen instead of label, to see a neighbor instead of a problem. Healing shows up in shared meals and open circles, in conversations that make room for grief and space for joy. It grows when people feel safe enough to tell the truth and brave enough to stay when the truth is hard.

A healed community is not one without wounds; it is one that knows how to tend them together. It understands that restoration is collective—that no one rises alone, and no one is forgotten when love leads. Healing happens when dignity is restored, when stories are honored, when broken trust is met with patience and consistency rather than judgment.

Communities heal when compassion becomes culture. When generosity is not an exception but an expectation. When people move at the…
