Building Bridges of Hope

Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, “What are you doing for others?

Dr. Martain Luther King Jr.

Our Story

True Service Foundation is a private charitable organization dedicated to helping build better futures for disadvantaged children in the United States. It was established in August 2013. The founder of TS and his children named the Foundation to honor the work needed for crime victims. Having experienced a family impacted by substance abuse, mental illness, and physical and sexual abuse has led the founders and their families to pursue restorative justice solutions that assist families with True Services specific to their experience.

We aim to address human service reforms and community support that more effectively meet the needs of today's vulnerable children and families. The Foundation recognizes that family-strengthening and Family Economic Success efforts are unlikely to succeed without attending to the challenges posed by crime, criminal records, and parental incarceration. The Foundation facilitates the framework to reduce barriers to successful reintegration and family reunification for our clients, thereby making families and communities safer and more robust, and it recognizes the faith community's unique role in addressing these challenges. True Service, "Stations of Hope," are houses of worship that serve as a healing and teaching refuge, offering a renewed vision for returning citizens, their families, and communities.

Our Mission

It is our mission to foster collaboration networks that Reach Out to Others. Who? Any individual or family who experiences situations affected by crime, incarceration, reintegration, and family reunification. Our Vision is to redefine the view on family reunification and rehabilitation services for the empowerment and restoration of people with broken relationships, first to God, family, & community.

True Service was founded with a clear mission: to serve, restore, and reconcile lives through faith in action. We exist to meet people where they are, addressing real needs with compassion, integrity, and purpose while pointing toward lasting transformation.

At the core of True Service is the belief that service is not transactional—it is relational. We are committed to doing the work that often goes unseen, walking alongside individuals, families, and communities as they navigate challenges related to justice involvement, life transitions, and systemic barriers. Our approach is rooted in dignity, accountability, and love without condition.
